Your Assessment Scales
Ahead of your clinical assessment, your clinician asks you to complete a short set of standard questionnaires. Sign in with the same email and password you used for your MindPath Pre-Assessment.
What to expect
- Between five and seven short questionnaires, one per screen. Most people finish in 20 to 30 minutes.
- Your answers save as you go. You can sign out and pick up where you left off on any device.
- There are no right or wrong answers. Choose the option that best describes you; don’t overthink it.
- Your responses go directly to your assessing clinician and form part of your assessment.
